Liquid Love Is Full of Ghosts: meeting with Marilou Poncin
Meeting Marilou Poncin at the Espace Monoprix during the Rencontres de la Photographie d'Arles, she takes us behind the scenes of her research into the staging of the body and the evolution of our fantasies in the digital age. This vast installation, presented as part of the Louis Roederer Foundation 2024 Discovery Prize, is built around three videos in which each of the characters, engulfed in their solitude, prepares to experience an almost carnal moment with a state-of-the-art technological object.
