Henri Manguin, au soleil du Midi

Villa Théo is hosting an exhibition by Henri Manguin, a major painter of Fauvism and one of the key artists of the early 20th century. This exhibition presents 23 of his works (from 1904 to 1913), including paintings and watercolours as well as drawings rarely shown to the public, most of which come from the private collection of his descendants. Produced by this lover of the light of the Midi, his works reflect a decisive and revolutionary evolution in colour. Come and discover his famous Bathers, painted during his stays in Cavalière and Le Lavandou.
