Cabane Georgina / Galerie du tableau

Since 1990 for the gallery founded by Bernard Plasse, and 1997 for the Cabane Georgina, exhibitions, meetings and residencies have brought Marseilles' artistic life to life. Generations and practices come together in convivial exchanges, neighbourhood life, workshops, concerts, readings and parties. The project brings together an art gallery in the heart of the antique dealers' district, a cultural hut on the edge of the Calanques National Park and the 75th Jeune Création travelling festival, in an attempt to promote freedom, equality and fraternity.
